0381c5a288 Add EnableAudioVbrEncoding to TranscodingProfile 
This will allow the client selectively disable VBR audio when it causes problems.

cd4641dca0 Remove PlayableStreamFileNames as unused 
Since ffmpeg can play and transcode ISO files and BDMV folders directly,
there's no use of that property.
