Analyzers are only run in debug build, so setting TreatWarningsAsErrors
for release build will catch the compiler warnings until we resolve all
analyzer warnings.
Add Argument*Exceptions now use proper nameof operators.
Added exception messages to quite a few Argument*Exceptions.
