Set Roku Safe zones for Overhang & Home ( #217 )

* Set Roku Safe zones for Overhang & Home
* Set overhang title to be Scrolling Label
* Move overhand logo nearer edge to line up with Safe Zone
* Set width of Rows to cut off at edge of Safe Zone
* Moving "options" out of JF Overhang background area
Previously Options were not in "dark background", but when updating for Safe Zones I extended the background too far. Sorting this.
